January 8th, 2009 at 22:05:34 haha heres a better explination.. everytime i try and connect my lg viewty to my pc to download photos i open the lg suit connect te usb and try to syncronise the pc and phone and it says my "com port" is either not working or i should go in thro an idle screen. Can anyone shed any light on this becuase im confused, all i wanna do is get my photos off the phone.

However, as i use windows vista, it automatically downloads and installs the device drivers. if pressing F5 doesn't find the device, you may have to insert the disk you got with the phone for your computer to be able to recognise it.
