Chuck from Pop Labs raps about how making the right choices in your online marketing campaigns can increase not only the traffic and the conversions you get, but how you close those conversions. Lyrics: You launch a campaign but thats not all you need, your campaign not working if its not generating leads, no contact forms no phone calls no new sales man you destined to fall, spent your money on words that was way to vague, then optimized your site for the wrong keyphrase, look, it's not easy but it can be fixed, if you do it by the book, with no gimmicks and tricks, google rules are strict, its a must you abide, do it right and get rewarded that's how we survive, first pause your ad's no more hits on your card, money don't grow on trees at least not in my yard, did you set up analytics please tell me you did, gotta figure out whats generating them clicks, take the time to go and search with the words you chose, do any of your competitors show with any of those, then what you do next, check your ad text, spice it up a little add some adjectives, check your link display, and check your CTA, and check your site design it might be chasing them away, and is your site complete and is your deal sweet, competitive industry, can you compete, you might be obsolete probably best to retreat, before your finances deplete and then you face defeat, but if you are elite, then stay in your seat, you client base cold I can show you to the heat, lets start with your meat, talking about your content, it drives the search engine anything else is nonsense, make it keyword dense, that's just common sense, but don't write for the search write for your audience, after all, they the ones grab the phone and call, the search engine won't do anything but crawl, now don't drop the ball, identify your goal, set conversion tracking, remain in control like a cop on patrol, evaluating traffic, respond to your clients, reduce all the static, when you get a lead, you should be ecstatic, contact em immediately, that's just automatic, ask em where they from and add it to your demographic, ask em what they search but be charismatic, then close the deal if you have sales skills, they already qualified, just show em the appeal, I'd rather get 100 clicks and close 35, than get a 1000 clicks and I only close 9, listen to my design, don't get caught up in the rhyme, you don't have to be number 1, strive for top 5, we can talk about positioning another time, if you follow the guidelines you'll be just fine...

My "conversion" to atheism

This is is short overview of my life as a Christian and why I became an atheist. This is mainly for those religious people who may state that I do not know what I am talking about, or that I have not studied Christianity in any real depth. Yes - I know I was not "born a Christian" and highlight this fact later in the video. For brevity I made that statement instead of "I was born an atheist in a Christian family and raised with the values, rituals, and conventions inherit in such situations". The popular understanding of the phrase has the meaning I was looking for without having to go into a massive explanation as to why everyone is born an atheist. Besides, if I had gone down that route I would now be defending a "I was born an atheist" comment to all the idiot theists who visit. Furthermore, if anyone make a comment about this again I will give you the thumbs down - if you can't be bothered reading the descriptions of videos, it's your own fault. There is a slight problem with the Youtube version - it cuts off one of two closing slides and the credit for the music, which called "High Drama" from the album "Pictures" by Timo Maas. Installation of trigger guard and pistol grip. I had to use a hack saw to shorten the trigger guard a little bit. I just used a phillips screw driver to install the pistol grip. Gav's EV Conversion 1 - Towing the Donor Car

The journey to convert an old gas car to electric starts here! I'm getting sick of paying for gas so I decided to do something about it. I'm not much of a mechanic but after doing casual research for some time, I decided I could convert a car to run on electricity by myself. No gas/hybrid oil-burning nonsense - just pure electric all the way! Follow me through the exciting changeover from gas to electric through these videos. It's going to be many many months before the car is converted, so get comfortable. EV's are quite uncommon in NZ, in fact I know of only two in the entire country. I'm looking forward to being the third. The first step was to purchase a donor car. I found a 1987 Mitsubishi Tredia with a seized engine but otherwise in good condition for $180. After towing it home, we then had to figure out a way to get it up the drive and into the garage to begin removing the planet-killer bits under the bonnet. In the next video we start taking it apart... I can't wait to get that "EV Smile" that electric car owners talk about so much. Also, this is a new thing for me so I welcome your comments and tips! UPDATE! You can now watch the progress in detail at www.KiwiEV.com ANOTHER UPDATE!! I'm selling DVDs of the whole project for $15 USD at my website www.KiwiEV.com (That includes Airmail postage too!) The quality's much better than on Youtube and it comes with an unreleased Bonus Video!

Gav's EV Conversion 2 - Dismantling the Tredia

The Electric Car Conversion continues! Following on from my first video a few days earlier, this is where we finally find a way to get the Mitsubishi "Deadia" into the garage. Once in the garage the dismantling begins. We start by removing all the old bits & pieces not needed for an Electric Car. A few examples of now obsolete items I enjoyed removing were: Gas tank Exhaust system Fuel lines Petrol filler spout & lines Used engine oil Oil filter Petrol Filter Carburetor Radiator & lots of brown water And of course, The Planet Killer (the engine)! I have appeased the knuckle Gods many times over the last few days. I have made many a sacrifice of skin and blood to them, as it is written in the knuckle bible. You'll notice I got a big suprise when looking at the gearbox after removing the engine... It wasn't a good suprise either! Enjoy the story as it unfolds everyone. As always, I welcome your tips and comments. UPDATE! You can now watch the progress in detail at www.KiwiEV.com ANOTHER UPDATE!! This step is where we make permanent changes to the receiver. To do this step I used a hand drill and 1/4 inch drill bit and also a punch and hammer. You may need a pair of pliers to pull the trigger axle pins out once the drill is done. It is important not to drill into the receiver so just take your time and go real slow. Gav's EV Conversion 3 - Painting the Tredia

Continuing from Video #2, this is where I begin the challenge of fixing (or at least trying to) the dings, scrapes & rust holes of a 20 year old car, ready to become an Electric Car! I started with the tail light rust repair which seemed like a straightforward thing... It wasn't. No less than FOUR attempts later the tail light area slowly began to look like it should. If you're a professional painter, please don't watch this video. Hmmm. I think I'll have to redo quite a few parts after the conversion's complete anyway. I must point out that this is all new to me and I was useless at painting in school. There, that's my excuse.
